All stoneware is formed from a white clay exclusive to the Silesian region of Poland with a unique lead free glazing, which is applied and then fired at temperatures in excess of 2000 degrees centigrade. This process creates non-toxic stoneware pieces that are safe for use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It creates functional works of art.
