Join us at The Co-Lab for a hands-on rub-making class with Culinary 'Clair.

You'll learn the elements of building a great BBQ rub — balance, layering, what makes a blend work — then create your own custom rub to take home, using our house-made flavored sugars and salts. Refreshments served, and bring your BBQ questions — we'll be digging into all of it.
