Beautifully crafted from vertical-grain bamboo, our Malibu Groove is a great value in cutting and carving boards. It provides ample space for kitchen prep and carving combined with a deep groove to capture any juice. The board is flat on its other side for use as a bread or dough board as well. While carving boards are popular in the fourth quarter for Thanksgiving and Christmas meal prep and serving, the reversible nature of this board makes it a year-round kitchen must have.
